week 1 finished

did week 1 day 2 on friday night... ran at 5.0. did week 1 day 3 today... ran at 5.0 for first 3 runs then 5.2 for the rest. i guess that's not bad. then i couldn't resist the call of mcdonald's and had to stop and get a strawberry banana smoothie. oops. i'm hungry.
