8 lbs down...

since July.  It won't go less than that. But to be fair, I eat more than my daily allowance the majority of time.  I was doing well until vacation in Oct, and have just had a hard time since.  FAAAAAAAAIL.  The holidays are rough too.   Must. Start. Running. Again.

It was really hot

I ran 6 day 2.  10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run.  It was really hot and humid and I almost pooped my pants

Update

I'm on week 6 of C25k, interspersing it with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred.  Just finished shred day 4.  Hoping to make it to day 10 and then up to level 2.  I'm out of shape

So fat

OK, today is my last day before C25K and Jillian Michaels challenge.  This means doing LoseIt! too.  Yikes.

Going to only weigh myself and measure myself on Sunday nights.

Weight: 143.6
Arms: 11.5inches
Waist: 31 inches
Hips: 42.5 inches
Thighs: now I can't remember.  I think it was like 23 inches

My BMI is almost overweight.  Need to make a change.  Starting Loseit and C25K again, as well as one hundred push ups.  UGH
