Running=Hard

I am bad at running.  I got my fancy feet shoes yesterday and then walked about 2 miles in them today.  And I walked about 2.5 miles on Wednesday.  And maybe tomorrow I'll go for a run.  Also, I eat a lot, but I puked my 21 course meal up on Wednesday, so at least I don't have the calories from that!

What day is it? So confused!

I need to run faster. Did 10 mins at 4.5. Then walked 5 mins, then did 5 mins at 4.5 and another 5 mins at 4.2. Hopefully I'll get better and won't quit.
