5/9/2012

Well it started out good-ate just shredded wheat for breakfast for a total of like 300 calories, but then the idiots putting in wireless line for our county hit my water line, so no water for lunch.  Therefore, had to eat what was waterless: cheese curds (from Tillamook creamery.  MMMM) and thin mints.  Oops.

But on a better note, I did C25K week 4 day 1.  It started downpouring, so it was cut short, but I did 1.77 miles with 13:28 min/mile.  Running 5 min straight is HARD.

My LoseIt says I have 600 calories left for today... will have to have a small piece of pizza for dinner.  MMM.
