yesterday. week 1 day 1 for the 3rd time

so 2 weeks ago i decided to restart c25k at a faster pace. then right after that i forgot that i wanted to get in shape. so i had to start over again yesterday. i walked at about 3.5 and "ran" at between 4.8 to 5.0. it was hard. i started loseit too because janae did...and it told me that my running pace was really a fast walk. oh well. i love to eat.
