No really

I really want to get in shape.  I'm way out of shape.  I'd love to be thin and look good in tight pants, but who knows if that will ever happen.  What I do know is that I want to be able to run and bike and dance and hike and everything.  I want to be an outdoors person who doesn't want to just sit around the house all the time.  Also, I want to eat better.  So I'm starting tracking my calories.  I downloaded LoseIt! for free, which lets me count calories by scanning the barcodes for different foods.  Genius.  No more eating all the time.  Ugh, this is going to be hard.  Also, what's the deal with flaxseed?  I should probably get it, right?
