Week 3 day 1

Was hard.. And I ate too much...which made it harder, I think. I noticed that the more I eat, the more tired I am, and the harder it is to exercise. Maybe I'm finally on to something. I should probably eat healthier. Anyhow...walked at 3.5 and ran at 5.2. Was hard.
