I need to commit myself to health. Healthy eating and an active life. New goal: be healthy
Exercise: 30-60min daily
Eating: regular meals, not just junk food
Sleeping: going to bed at a reasonable hour when work allows
Mental: do something besides medicine (and other than watching TV)-painting?

New fellowship
New fellowship is a starvation diet-down to 138 lbs. But tonight I"m gorging on TJ's chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels. I've been trying to walk 2.5 miles most days...

Nope, back to 142 lbs
Remember when my fat weight was 135lbs? Those were good times. Time to diet and exercise! I can't wait for my blender. It is going to make me skinny. Right?
