Yesterday wasn't great. I ate a fatty muffin for breakfast, then for lunch a bunch of girl scout cookies, then for dinner a crabcake benedict and large malt. It was GOOD but I should lay off sometimes. Today so far, haven't eaten anything. Ran week 4 day 2 in slow motion: 2.27 miles at 14:19 min/mile (about 50 seconds per mile slower than day before yesterday). FAIL! Maybe it's because I'm STARVING.
