I ate way too much today. Loseit told me. Oops. So. Went to the gym. Walked 5 mins at 3.5, ran a mile at 4.5 (took about 13.5 mins), then walked another 12 mins at 3.5-3.8....total of 30 mins. I'm lame....but at least I can still go a mle without stopping!
