Day 27/25

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with guac and salsa

Lunch: meatball soup, apple, almond butter

Dinner: red curry with red peppers, shrimp, pineapple

Snack: a bunch of almonds

Exercise: walked home from work.  1.7 mi

Feelings: I woke up at 3:30am and had bad cramps and couldn't go back to sleep until 5.  So now I'm sleepy
