Day 26/24

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with salsa and homemade guac

Lunch: meatball soup, banana, almond butter

Dinner: chicken legs (3), guac and peppers, asparagus

Snack: hard boiled egg, nuts, chia pud (small)

Exercise: C25K week 2 day 2

Feelings: sleepy this afternoon, but not as chronically tired as I used to be.  It's that time of the month again, which is lame
