Day 13

Breakfast:
2 soft boiled eggs, salsa, 1/3 avocado

Lunch: banana, raspberry, almond butter

Dinner: leftover ribs, sweet potato fries, chicken chili verde, 1/4 avocado

Snack: 1/2 blueberry muffin larabar, apple cider

Exercise: walked probably 3 miles
