Breakfast for yesterday:
Banana with almond butter, kale salad with egg and delicata squash

Lunch: leftover shephard's pie

Dinner: leftover chicken with lemon terragon sauce, roasted acorn squash with maple syrup

Snacks: nuts, a little apple cider

Exercise: C25K week 2 day 1, HIIT 1
