Day 2 yesterday. Not too bad.... Ran at 5.0 walked at 3.5. Last 2 mins at 5.2. Can't imagine running 8 mins at 5.0 tho... I think I've improved though...definitely wouldn't have been able to run at 5.0 at all a month ago...I was running at 4.00-4.2 before...4.5 was a big deal! I hope I don't quit
