finished week 4

that was hard. i totally didn't want to run at 5.0... i wanted to walk at 3.0... but i did it though, so i guess that's good. 2 miles in 27 mins. ran at 5.0 and walked at 3.5. i think i ran the first 3 mins at 5.2. soooo slow. still better than before. blar. friday will be 3 sets of 5 minute runs... oh boy
