One hour runner - week 1 day 1

I'm going to try one hour runner. So it starts with three weeks of 30 mins runs (3 days a week). We shall see. Took it easy today..4.2 for first 25 and the rest at 4.5. I think I did 31 mins of running... Only did 2.8 miles.
