i forgot to mention that week 6 day 1 was made even harder by the man running on the treadmill next to me.... he farted the entire time i was there. disgusting.
anyhow, i did day 2 today... and i think it was OK.. i'm tired... but not dying. i went a little faster - i did the first 10 min set at 4.2... then i did the 2nd set at 4.0 the whole time! not bad, right? i was doing only 3.8 before! so maybe i'm getting a little better, who knows. wait, i definitely am, because i couldn't even run for 60 seconds straight 5 weeks ago. so i should keep going, right? even though i'm slow, right? okay. fine.
