i did week 1 of c25k last week. the first 2 days were ok. the third day was kind of hard. i think i was just being lazy. i did day 1 on sunday, day 2 on tuesday and day 3 on friday.
maybe i'll start the second week today. i suck at running and i'm really slow. i walk at 3.2 mph and run at 4.2 (sometimes 4.4) on the treadmill. my secretary told me that she usually walks at 5.0 mph on the treadmill. i do have short legs, though (i am a short-legged asian). maybe this week i'll fail less.
janae's going to do c25k fail too. we're going to call each other before going "running" to make the other person feel bad and guilt her into going "running" too. maybe that will help. i'm pretty bad at feeling guilty about not "running" though - the fact that i don't "run" doesn't usually guilt-trip me into "running."
