i did week 3 day 1. yay! jake (my dog) tried to talk me out of it by sitting on my lap and looking really cute. he got off though, so that's when i went to the gym. so the first set of 90 seconds running 90 seconds walking 3 mins running 3 mins walking was really hard. i was going really slowly too. the second set wasn't too bad and i kinda wanted to keep running after the 3 mins, but i didn't. i didn't fail today. weird.
