Did yoga home day 11 today and she did crow and Scott did it with me and now he said he's obsessed with crow.
Walked a bunch at work today.
Ate keto level carbs today (45g) but haven't been eating good lately so def not in keto yet. Scott bought supplies for chocolate chip cookies at TJs today because we're supposed to get 8 inches of snow so baking cookies are fun. We are going to join the gym tomorrow so that's sad because it's $$$ but we also spent $$$$$$$$ on reservations to Alinea in March. I'm excited but that means no eating out between now and then basically even though we found a good poke place by my Henry Ford office.
Goals for tomorrow: run C25k week 4 day 2 (will move on to week 5 next week) on treadmill at gym and do yoga day 12 and stay keto carbs, but we are having curry with pineapple in it so that may be tough.
Goals for next week: Run 3x (week 5), do some strength training 3x (may just be yoga), keto x 7 days (hopefully start actually getting to ketosis next week. Last time I lost a ton of weight first 2 weeks and then stopped, but plan to keep it up until next trip)
Long term goals:
Broad Street Run (I won't be ready. AAAAAAAGH)
Detroit 1/2 marathon-Oct
Start eating plant based 2 days/week
