she tricked me. That adriene character can’t be trusted. The description for day 2 said “stretch and soothe,” so I went for it. And now I can’t move. Me attempting the thing where you sit back on your butt and reach out your arms and legs was laughable. But I couldn’t laugh because I was sweating my calls off, and I don’t even have any balls.
