I've been tired and blah lately. I want to start the primal blueprint, which is basically awesome and makes so much sense to me. We leave town in 1 week and will be back the week after, so I am going to do whole30 plus dairy when I get back-strict!
Also, I guess I'll do BBG. I'm going to Utah the last week of feb, so I'll stick with everything 100% until then, and then just do a lot of walking while I'm in Utah and try to eat healthy, though it is kind of hard at my mom's house. Then back to 100% health when I get back.
Goals:
-be able to do a pullup
-not be tired all the time
-not have as bad of reflux
-breakout less maybe would be nice
