Week 2 day 1

I did it! It was hard! Ran at 5.5. Yay! I weigh 140 now, which means I've gained 10 lbs since September. Whoops.

  1. Good job! I haven't run. I walked to work yesterday and I did Scott's workout with him today. It takes like 1/2 hour. I have a job interview next week and then I was going to start running... hopefully it warms up by then. I weigh 143ish
