Bad at running

It has been 10 days since my last gym visit. Finally went back today... So I did a mile on 4.5. I guess that's not too bad. I think what I'm going to do is restart the c25k program but at a faster pace... Maybe run at 5.5 and walk at 3.8. Maybe I'll download the app again on my new phone. We will see. I hope I don't fail...
