C25K day 0 Janae
So I've been pretty depressed/stressed lately about jobs/future/etc. This has caused many tears and then I just eat whatever I want because I feel like there is no point. But then I was reading on MrMoneyMustache boards where some woman was posting her weight loss by week and she lost 20 lbs this year so far. Her goals were to watch her intake, walk daily, and go to the gym daily, and log weight weekly. So I'm going to log weight weekly and also watch intake, walk, and then workout 5 days a week (not daily). And maybe in 47 weeks, I will also be 20 lbs lighter!

New start. For real.
Last week, I said I was going to start C25K on Friday, but Michelle came over to help me put the Christmas tree up so I didn't go running. Then I was totally going to do it this weekend but was super tired. I don't know what happened with yesterday. Tonight, we took a long walk to this crazy house on Saxer Ave that has like 20 blow ups. We thought Nathan would enjoy seeing all the blow up santas and whatnot, but he was kinda bored and unimpressed. #assholeparents. So TOMORROW, I'm really going to start. Like, for realz. With a "z". You know it's serious when I spell realz with a "z".
