It was really hot
I ran 6 day 2. 10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run. It was really hot and humid and I almost pooped my pants

Update
I'm on week 6 of C25k, interspersing it with Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Just finished shred day 4. Hoping to make it to day 10 and then up to level 2. I'm out of shape
