Diet:
Start drinking 48 oz water a day.  Have a green smoothie at least every other day.

Fitness:
Get 30 minutes of some form of exercise daily.  Except for tomorrow (the 23rd) because I won't have time.  Long term goal to run a 5k on Dec 15th or 22nd.

Education/Career:
Rework that one paper I keep putting off

Spiritual:
Read my scriptures 10 minutes a day

Home:
Do all laundry/put away all clothes still not put away from Scotland trip

Money:
Return my shoes to Nordstrom
Long term goal to save enough money for Loupes and for interviews


Goal-spheres

I decided to set new goals for myself weekly, because I've been gaining weight like crazy.  Honestly, the food in New Orleans did NOT help.  I am now 20 lbs above my target weight.  Ok, 18 lbs.  So I'm going to call myself J+18

I want goals in a few different areas, because I feel like my life is spiraling out of control.  So, I'm going to share these goals with you, and then update once a week (Sunday evening) so I get held accountable.  I'll have weight noted at each log, and also comment on how my goals for the previous week went, and what my goals for the next week will be.  While they might change, my current goals look like spheres in my head-they all interact and all need help.  I may add more goal-spheres in the future, but here they are right now: Diet, Fitness, Education/Career, Spiritual, Home, Money

I'm the fattest I've ever been

This is a problem.  I'm up 10 lbs since my lowest weight during this C25K thing.  HELP!
