HOLY CRAP! i just finished week 5!! i thought running 5 minutes without stopping was hard, then i thought running 8 minutes without stopping would be even harder, and then i thought running 20 minutes straight would be impossible! weird! i can't believe i did it! i had to go really really slow though.. maybe someday i can go faster. the hard part was not looking at the time...so i figured it would take about 4 to 5 songs for me to finish.. that was better than looking at the time, i think.
so it took me about 15 mins to run a mile... i guess that's not bad, considering i couldn't run a mile at all 7 weeks ago! i wonder if i can do this outside... but not today because it's snowing! snowing in october! wtf?!!??!
i'm gonna go stuff my face now! yesterday, i had a burger and fries from wendy's.... sooo good! i think they changed their recipe or something...seriously the best burger i've ever had from wendy's. ted's making me a bacon and cheese omelet now. yum.
can't believe i finished week 5!!!! WTF!?!?!?!

10/11/11 - Finished week 4!!
so i really didn't want to "run" today. i was supposed to "run" yesterday but i managed to talk myself out of it. i finished week 4! wow! so it wasn't as bad as day 2, and definitely not as bad as day 1. can't believe i got through it! so maybe i'll start week 5 on sunday.... cuz i'm going to boston on thurs! yay! i'm hungry. i think i'm going to go to mcdonald's for a hot fudge sundae. yum.

10/8/11 - week 4 day 2
finally ran. so hard. so hard. so tired. hope can run tomorrow. but am definitely behind. bah! good news is - day 2 wasn't as hard as day 1. plus i noticed the girl running next to me was going at 3.6 and i was doing 4.0 or 3.8, so that made me better. a little bit.

week 4 day 1 kicked my ass. i could barely get through it... and i was running really, really slowly. it totally sucked.

9/30/11 - finished week 3!!
it was hard! i finished yesterday but i'm still tired! i also can't stop eating! hopefully i'll start week 4 tomorrow. if not, then monday. week 4 is going to be hard! boo!
